Fred 'Elvis' Wolfe  Performance Dec. 8, 2007 - Ionia Theatre in Ionia, Michigan
The Fred 'Elvis' Wolfe performance at the Ionia Theatre on Dec. 8, 2007 was attend by several hundred fans.  The opening performance by the Children's Choir was very good.  The kids  were in tune for the season.  After a short break to reset the stage, Elvis entered the auditorium from the back, singing all the way to the stage with his blinking red Rudolph reindeer nose.  Elvis was in top condition, as he made several trips from the stage into the audience.  Dozens of scarfs were pulled from Elvis's neck by adoring fans, young and not so old.  The evening performance was opened by a local Christian group, Blu.  From my ears and eyes, Blu put on an excellent show.  Their instruments were fine tuned, flawless musicianship and singing.  If you've never seen Blu before, it's time to listen to them.  Blu may be a local band, but they are very professional.
