Forever Child Riding The Wind
Forever child caught in the abyss,
Eternally forbidden life's fulfillment,
Eternally a babe, sturdy and blonde,
Trusting in childhood wonderland.
Lad of two, small and innocent.
Laughing blue eyes, hair of gold,
Playing idealist childhood games,
Shoot 'em up, good triumphant eternally.
Everyone's heart stolen away,
Happy tot with smiles for all,
Baby hugs and kisses, angelic love,
In the short time you brightened this world.
Riding your horse your greatest joy,
No one to spoil wild pony dreams,
Are you riding that big horsy in the sky?
Forever galloping across clouds and blue?
Was it your karma to die so young?
No chance to blossom and grow,
Tragically so soon extinguished,
What kind of man would be?
A healer or a poet?
What lost to mankind?
That cataclysmic twilight,
Still echoing today.
A small candle burning brightly,
One tiny warrior on his steed,
Still waits patiently on the hill,
Forever child riding the wind.
