Tonight just you and me
Savoring the moment
Wrapped up in each other's presence
Oblivious to everything but now
As clothes are shed in sweet abandon
Under the soft light that twinkles
While desire shines with a patable presence
Waiting watching wanting wishing.
Tonight we light the fire that rages
Over and over till exhaustion takes control
And we rest together storing up
For the rest of the night.
