Things cannot go on like this,
Decision time is now,
All the imploring in the world
Changes nothing that matters.

Speak or forget it,
Diverting does no good,
I am not a plaything,
To be ignored constantly.

The issues forthcoming,
Will not go away,
Expecting the impossible,
Your word to be obeyed??

Wanting blind obedience
Go get you a dog.
I have my beliefs,
And never will just follow.

The joys once so abundant,
Disappeared into sorrow,
I adjure you think carefully,
The answers dictate the end.
